Volunteer Opportunities

Thank you for your interest in volunteering with Katies House. We are able to serve as effectively as we do only because of the wonderful group of volunteers we have been blessed with! Below are some current volunteer opportunities:

Client Advocate:

Have a direct impact on our clients as soon as they walk through our doors! Client advocates meet one-on-one with clients to conduct the initial intake and peer counseling session.

Time commitment: At least 4 hours a week during regular office hours, for a minimum of 6 months.

We do the training!

Administrative Volunteers:

We have a number of ongoing office projects with which we greatly need help. Your time serving at our office would be a great blessing to us.

Time commitment: Variable, based on volunteer availability

Prayer Partners:

Be a prayer warrior for the work we do in helping to save and change lives. Ask us how!

Time commitment: Monthly or weekly

Church Liaisons

Church Liaisons to facilitate information about upcoming events and helping our local churches get involved with our mission.

Other Opportunities

Help sponsor and promote special events, pass out flyers, mailers, or be a volunteer at our yearly banquet.  Help with the boutique store, or help in the facility.
